I am in the field of Coaching, training and mentoring for over a decade now and have been associated with various groups of people especially youth and young professionals pan India through our Global YOUTH Organisation - Rotaract, youth wing of ROTARY INTERNATIONAL, various NGOs, Corporate Foundations and Large Corporates, having their members/employees spread across the globe. Through various initiatives and training, coaching and mentoring programs in the last one decade and having touched more than 1 lakh+ lives, I now aim to spread SMILES and TOUCH  10M+ lives through my offerings and support individuals to realize their innermost capabilities and explore them completely.
